Contributor Guidelines
Updated August 2026
Who we publish
We publish practitioners with something substantive to say about leadership under pressure: senior leaders and executives, coaches and supervisors, HR and OD practitioners, founders, board members, and researchers whose work meets practice. You do not need to be a coach. You do need to have lived the problem you are writing about.
What we publish
Work that connects to the Leadership Integrity Framework—leading with wholeness, staying grounded, building trust, and holding uncertainty rather than managing around it. Strong pieces usually do three things: open with a specific situation, name what was actually at stake, and leave the reader with something they can practice, not just agree with.
We are less interested in: general leadership listicles, thinly disguised marketing, AI-trend commentary without a practitioner’s stake in it, and pieces that resolve tension too quickly.

How submission works
- Send your article and headshot to info@leadershipintegritygroup.com. If your piece is accepted, we’ll send you the Contributor Agreement to sign. Put the word “Submission” in the subject line, followed by your proposed title. For example: Submission — What Nobody Tells You About Holding the Room. Emails without it may be missed.
- We acknowledge receipt within five business days.
- You will hear a decision within three weeks. We may come back with a revision request before deciding.
- Please do not submit the same piece elsewhere while we are considering it. If we decline, or if we have not published within 120 days, it is yours again — see Sections 1.3 and 3.3 of the Contributor Agreement.
- Accepted pieces go through one editorial pass. If we make substantial changes to your argument, we will show you the edited version before publishing. If you are not willing to have your name on it, you have five business days to withdraw the piece and take it elsewhere.
- We set the final title, subtitle, and subheadings.
- We schedule publication and will tell you the date once it is set.
After publication
- We promote the piece through our own channels, including our LinkedIn newsletter, our email list, and social media.
- Please do share it. Tag us so we can amplify.
- Hold off on republishing elsewhere for 90 days. After that, you are free to repost on your own channels with the credit line and link back described in Section 3.5 of the Contributor Agreement. Placing it with another publication needs a quick word with us first (Section 3.6).
