Leadership Integrity Group is a New York leadership development firm built on the Leadership Integrity Framework®. Its work helps senior leaders hold purpose, presence, partnership, and perspective together under pressure, the coherence that lets decisions hold and people stay. Engagements are grounded in the framework and calibrated to each leader’s role, delivered to organizations across complex enterprise sectors. Leadership Integrity Group was founded by Maria Wade, MCC, who leads the practice as its head coach; its engagements are led by senior coaches trained in the framework.
Maria Wade is the founder and head coach of Leadership Integrity Group and the author of the Leadership Integrity Framework®. She holds the Master Certified Coach (MCC) credential from the International Coaching Federation, its highest level, held by roughly the top five percent of coaches worldwide and earned through more than 3,000 hours of senior-leader coaching. Before coaching, she spent more than fifteen years in senior legal and financial leadership, including roles as Chief Legal Officer and Chief Financial Officer, so she can hold the strategic, financial, and human sides of a decision at once.
She is also a Columbia Credentialed Executive Coach, a certified coaching supervisor, and an ICF-qualified mentor coach. She holds the International Systemic Team Coaching® Certificate from the Academy of Executive Coaching (AoEC) and is licensed to administer the Systemic Team Coaching 360 (TC360). Her practice is grounded in current neuroscience and vertical development rather than personality labels.

For organizations sponsoring coaching for a senior leader, our brochure walks through the full engagement: from the first Discovery Call with the sponsor, through assessment, the Development Plan, and stakeholder checkpoints, to the close of the program and the option to continue through Integrity Cadence℠. A typical engagement runs eight to twelve months.

We are developing a comprehensive Level 3 ICF (International Coach Federation) program grounded in the Leadership Integrity Framework®. This program will prepare coaches to earn the Master Certified Coach (MCC) credential through advanced coaching education, practice, and supervision.
The MCC credential represents the highest level of coaching achievement. Our program uniquely integrates the Leadership Integrity Framework®, neuroscience-informed practices, and vertical development into a comprehensive curriculum designed to develop coaches at the mastery level—ready to coach the most complex leaders and systems.
